POSITION
Seeking shift leaders to add to our team who abide by Lion Cub’s Core Values and lead with Lion Cub’s Culture in mind.
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior kitchen experience not needed but certainly a plus! Will learn all the standard operating procedures necessary to efficiently run a shift.
PAY RATE
$19-$23/hr (base + tips)
JOB DUTIES
Your primary duties as a Shift Leader will include: performing, accessing, and teaching every core process (must be comfortable redirecting staff when core processes not followed), controlling labor using breaks and cuts to get to target, keeping labor utilized, managing Finished Goods inventory/Production Schedule and Raw Materials.
